Membership & Subscription
Q1: How do I cancel my subscription to stop automatic renewal?
A1: Your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. To cancel auto-renewal, please follow these steps at least 24 hours before your next billing date:
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Tap on your Apple ID & Name at the top.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find and tap on “Ayopa Dream Insight- Duke Zhou”.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Please note: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to all membership features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Q2: I got a new device. How do I restore my purchased membership?
A2: The restoration process is typically automatic. Simply ensure you are logged into your new device with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then open the app. Your membership should be recognized and restored without any further action.
If it isn’t, please navigate to the app’s membership section and tap the “Restore Purchases” button to manually trigger the verification. Should you still face issues, please contact support@ayopadream.com.
Q3: How does the free trial work?
A3: New subscribers are eligible for a free trial period. You will enjoy full membership benefits during the trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid one, and your Apple ID will be charged at the end of the trial period.
Q4: Can I get a refund for my subscription or a one-time purchase?
A4: All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple. As the developer, we do not have the authority to process refunds. For any refund requests, you must contact Apple Support directly and follow their policy and procedures.
One-Time Reports & Privacy
Q5: Why can I only download my purchased report once?
A5: This is a deliberate privacy-first design. We operate on a “Generate Once, Download Once, No Cloud Storage” principle. To maximize the protection of your personal dream content, the report is not stored on our servers after it is generated and delivered to you for download. This one-time download is a security feature that prevents any potential data leakage.
Q6: I lost my downloaded report. Can you send it to me again?
A6: We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to recover or re-send any purchased reports. Due to our strict “no cloud storage” policy, the data is permanently deleted from our systems after your single download. We provide clear warnings about this before and after purchase. Please ensure you download and save your report securely immediately after generation.
Q7: Is my dream data saved on your servers?
A7: Your privacy is our top priority. No. Your dream text input and the resulting interpretation report are processed in a temporary session and are permanently deleted shortly after the report is generated and delivered to you. We do not retain, store, or archive your personal dream data.
Q8: Do I need to create an account or log in to use the app?
A8: No. Our app is designed for immediate and private access. There is no registration, login, or account required. You can start using the core features right away, which further minimizes the personal data we collect and simplifies your experience.

Q9: What is the basis for the dream interpretations?
A9: Our interpretations are generated by an AI model that has been trained on and references classical Chinese dream analysis texts, including the ancient “Zhou Gong’s Dream Dictionary.” It is designed for cultural interest and entertainment purposes only.
Q10: Can I use these interpretations for medical or psychological advice?
A10: Absolutely not. The content generated by this app is for entertainment and cultural reference only and has no scientific basis.
