Welcome to Ayopa Dream Insight- Duke Zhou (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Special Note: The App’s core functions can be used without registration or login. The dream content you input and the generated interpretation reports are processed temporarily for the session and are not stored long-term on our servers.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Information
1.1 Dream Content: When you use the App’s core dream interpretation function, we collect the dream description text you voluntarily provide. This information may contain sensitive personal data (e.g., related to psychological state, health, etc.). We process this information only temporarily in local device memory and server RAM to generate a dream interpretation report for you based on AI and classical references. Temporary data on the server is purged after processing is complete.
1.2 Text-to-Speech (TTS) Function: The App provides a function to convert text reports into speech for playback. This function uses the Text-to-Speech service provided by your device’s operating system and plays audio through the device’s speakerThis process does not require microphone permissions, and we do not collect, store, or process any of your voice data.
1.3 Device Information and Advertising: To support the free operation of this App and display personalized advertisements to you, we integrate third-party advertising SDKs. These SDKs may collect your Mobile Device Advertising Identifiers (IDFA), IP address, device model, and other information for ad targeting and analytics. This activity is separate from your dream content.

  • Dream Data: The dream descriptions you input and the generated interpretation reports are not stored long-term after the service is completed.
  • Device Data: Information like device identifiers collected by advertising SDKs is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

4. Children’s Privacy
The App is permitted for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. We encourage parents and guardians to instruct their children on safe internet practices. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@ayopadream.com, and we will endeavor to delete such information.

5. Your Rights

Membership & Subscription

Q1: How do I cancel my subscription to stop automatic renewal?
A1: Your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. To cancel auto-renewal, please follow these steps at least 24 hours before your next billing date:

  1. Open your device’s Settings.

  2. Tap on your Apple ID & Name at the top.

  3. Select Subscriptions.

  4. Find and tap on “Ayopa Dream Insight- Duke Zhou”.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.
    Please note: After cancellation, you will continue to have access to all membership features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Q2: I got a new device. How do I restore my purchased membership?
A2: The restoration process is typically automatic. Simply ensure you are logged into your new device with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then open the app. Your membership should be recognized and restored without any further action.
If it isn’t, please navigate to the app’s membership section and tap the “Restore Purchases” button to manually trigger the verification. Should you still face issues, please contact support@ayopadream.com.

Q3: How does the free trial work?
A3: New subscribers are eligible for a free trial period. You will enjoy full membership benefits during the trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid one, and your Apple ID will be charged at the end of the trial period.

Q4: Can I get a refund for my subscription or a one-time purchase?
A4: All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple. As the developer, we do not have the authority to process refunds. For any refund requests, you must contact Apple Support directly and follow their policy and procedures.

One-Time Reports & Privacy

Q5: Why can I only download my purchased report once?
A5: This is a deliberate privacy-first design. We operate on a “Generate Once, Download Once, No Cloud Storage” principle. To maximize the protection of your personal dream content, the report is not stored on our servers after it is generated and delivered to you for download. This one-time download is a security feature that prevents any potential data leakage.

Q6: I lost my downloaded report. Can you send it to me again?
A6: We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to recover or re-send any purchased reports. Due to our strict “no cloud storage” policy, the data is permanently deleted from our systems after your single download. We provide clear warnings about this before and after purchase. Please ensure you download and save your report securely immediately after generation.

Q7: Is my dream data saved on your servers?
A7: Your privacy is our top priority. No. Your dream text input and the resulting interpretation report are processed in a temporary session and are permanently deleted shortly after the report is generated and delivered to you. We do not retain, store, or archive your personal dream data.

Q8: Do I need to create an account or log in to use the app?
A8: No. Our app is designed for immediate and private access. There is no registration, login, or account required. You can start using the core features right away, which further minimizes the personal data we collect and simplifies your experience.

About the Service

Q9: What is the basis for the dream interpretations?
A9: Our interpretations are generated by an AI model that has been trained on and references classical Chinese dream analysis texts, including the ancient “Zhou Gong’s Dream Dictionary.” It is designed for cultural interest and entertainment purposes only.

Q10: Can I use these interpretations for medical or psychological advice?
A10: Absolutely not. The content generated by this app is for entertainment and cultural reference only and has no scientific basis. 1. Agreement Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Ayopa Dream Insight- Duke Zhou (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”). If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please cease use of the App immediately.

2. Service Description
This App is a tool that provides dream interpretation insights by combining artificial intelligence technology with classical Chinese dream analysis texts, including the ancient “Zhou Gong’s Dream Dictionary.”

3. Important Disclaimer
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
All dream interpretation content generated by this App is produced by AI models referencing ancient texts and is for entertainment and cultural reference purposes only, without any scientific basisThis content must not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. You should not use the interpretation results as a basis for any decisions or actions concerning your health. The developer shall not be held liable for any actions you take or do not take based on your reliance on the App’s content.

4. Paid Services and Subscription
4.1 Service Types: The App offers two types of paid services: one-time in-app purchases (hereinafter referred to as “IAP”) and auto-renewing subscription memberships (hereinafter referred to as “Subscription”).
4.2 One-time IAP:
* Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate access to and download permissions for the one-time product (e.g., a specific dream interpretation report).
Privacy-First Design: To maximize the privacy of your dreams, all one-time reports are designed with a Generate Once, Download Once, No Cloud Storage principle. The system does not retain any copy of the report on our servers after it is generated and provided to you for download. Therefore, you must download and securely save the report promptly after purchase.
4.3 Subscription Membership:
* Membership services are offered in various cycles (e.g., monthly, yearly). You agree to pay the corresponding fees at the prices displayed within the App.
* The Subscription service will automatically renew at the end of each period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your iTunes/Apple ID account settings.
Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for first-time subscribers. During the trial, you enjoy full membership benefits. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4.4 Managing and Canceling Subscription: Your subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store; therefore, the management and cancellation of subscriptions are also entirely controlled by Apple’s systems and rules. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via the following path:
* Open your device’s ‘Settings’ → Tap your ‘Name’ at the top → Enter ‘Subscriptions’ → Find ‘Ayopa Dream Insight- Duke Zhou’ → Select ‘Cancel Subscription’.
4.5 Payment and Refunds: All payment processing is handled by Apple. Refunds are generally not provided for consumed one-time IAP items or for used portions of a subscription period. Please contact Apple Support directly for any payment-related issues.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harassing, libelous, or rights-infringing activities.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country or region.
